Chap. 1: Why develop internal communication (Communicating means creating a link - communicating means taking sides - communicating means making overall performance possible)

Chap. 2 The internal communications strategy (Internal communications plan - segmentation and targeting - when should you communicate?)

Chap. 3: Internal communication techniques (classic - digital - events - synergies)
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
At the end of the course, the student is able to:

  • Define and identify the general concepts defining internal communication and its tools
  • Explain the objectives and methods of application
  • Analyze and identify internal communication tools used within a structure
Within the EU, the objectives are:

  • Make known and identify the different internal communication techniques
  • Recognize the communication approaches relating to internal communication
  • Understand and project their methods of application within different structures

Assessment methods and criteria :
In-person written exam as a multiple choice questions

Weighted arithmetic average with exclusion score (if score between 0 and 8 not included). As the Teaching Unit only has one Learning Session, in practice it is the arithmetic average that is applied (LS = 100% of the weighting).
