Chap. 1: Why develop internal communication (Communicating means creating a link - communicating means taking sides - communicating means making overall performance possible)

Chap. 2 The internal communications strategy (Internal communications plan - segmentation and targeting - when should you communicate?)

Chap. 3: Internal communication techniques (classic - digital - events - synergies)
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
At the end of the course, the student is able to:

  • Know and identify the specific communication modes and channels of the cultural sector
  • Being able to offer a coherent communication offer in line with a specific cultural product
  • Being able to use diversified, adequate and even original communication channels and methods 
Within the Teaching Unit, the objectives are:

  • Understand the cultural offering within the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and be able to propose specific communication creation for its products

Assessment methods and criteria :
In-person written exam in the form of multiple choice questions

Weighted arithmetic average with exclusion score (if score between 0 and 8 not included). As the Teaching Unit only has one Learning Session, in practice it is the arithmetic average that is applied (LS = 100% of the weighting).
